Why won't my dishwasher drain?
Is your dishwasher not draining completely? Although your first thought may be that the dishwasher needs repair or replacement, the problem could be with the plumbing and not the machine. If the water from the dishwasher encounters a blockage on its way to the drain pipe, it will have nowhere to go, and will flow back into the dishwasher. After checking the plumbing and ruling out this possibility, it's time to look at the machine itself.
